Nov 25 (Reuters) - Viking Supply Ships AB  VSSABb.ST : 
    * Announces fully guaranteed rights issue of about 207 million Swedish crowns  
    * Additionally announces directed share issue and offset share issues together corresponding 
to about 141 million crowns 
    * Subscription price is 1.50 crowns per share in all share issues 
    * Directed share issue is of about 42.5 million crowns of series B shares and is directed 
towards Oden Viking SPV AS, a subsidiary of Kistefos  
    * Share issue with payment against set-off for Kistefos is of 17.2 million crowns 
    * Share issue with payment against set-off for bondholders is of 56 million crowns 
    * Share issue with payment against set-off for Odin Viking SPV AS is of 22.2 million crowns 
    * After the rights issue, Kistefos' holdings can at maximum amount to 83 pct of share 
capital and 79 pct of votes 
    * With regards to other share issues being carried out, Kistefos' holdings after all share 
issues have been carried out can at maximum amount to 78 pct of share capital and 76 pct of
